The vagal brake is the core primordial somatic function of the autonomic nervous system. Learning how to self-regulate it awakens the magical powers of the body that are already within us but have been inaccessible because of primordial trauma. Entry level into the practices transforms stress, anxiety, depression and resignation on the spot, from the inside out, without any talk therapy, medication, massage or meditation.
